Spider – Intelligent Magnetic Wall Crawler
Spider is a high-performance magnetic wall crawler built for industrial inspections where precision, mobility, and efficiency matter. Designed to navigate vertical and overhead ferrous surfaces with ease, it combines powerful four-wheel drive with magnetic wheels, ensuring a firm grip and smooth operation across complex structures.
Equipped with a gimbal-stabilized camera and an integrated ultrasonic thickness (UT) probe, Spider delivers high-resolution visuals and real-time metal thickness measurements. Its rotational turn capability allows for agile maneuvering, even in tight spaces.
With up to 4 hours of continuous operation, Spider is controlled via a state-of-the-art handheld Ground Control Station (GCS), offering a seamless interface for both visual inspection and thickness data acquisition. Its intuitive controls make operation straightforward, reducing training time and maximizing productivity.
